Episode 136
The Wings take another 5 out of a possible 8 points on their road trip this past week. The most impressive of those games being the one in Tampa. This was Head Coach Derek Lalonde’s first time being back in Tampa as his new squad faced his former team and came out with a W.
Even with all of the injuries (7 total), they continue to find a way to be competitive most nights. If this team gets healthy, they could make some noise in the race for the playoffs! All of this is pretty exciting considering the Red Wings have the 8th hardest schedule in the NHL. Not too bad for a young team that seems to be trending in the right direction!
