Gino Wickman has been an entrepreneur since he was 21 years old, always having had an obsession for learning what makes businesses thrive. When he was 25 years old, Gino took over his family business. After successfully running it for seven years, he and his partners successfully sold the company. Gino is also the creator of the Entrepreneurial Operating System, or EOS, a “practical method for helping companies achieve greatness.” Having delivered more than 2000 full-day learning sessions for more than 135 companies, Gino has been instrumental in helping businesses and entrepreneurs thrive.
