About Ken Spangler:
My personal leadership style starts with an “everything is possible” optimism combined with a strong business and technology foundation. A key leadership strength has always been the ability to motivate people to give their absolute best while enjoying the challenges presented in order to be fully engaged for overall team success. The foundation of these leadership skills is based on integrity, respect, compassion, and dedication to a team concept that always places words such as “we” and “us” far ahead of “I” or “me”. By combining big picture strategic vision and leading-edge technology experience, within a team developed for success, we have consistently been able to achieve world class results in each and every challenge presented.
My personal career journey has been exciting and rewarding. In each role of my career my focus has simply been to ensure that the vision, leadership, and high energy was there to take on the greatest challenges presented. Having a relentless focus on developing detailed strategic plans, building and developing world class teams and ensuring a disciplined approach to technology development is what has enabled our teams to successfully execute and deliver on some of the most leading-edge technology in the transportation and logistics industry.

When not immersed in technology, Dave enjoys collecting custom guitars and quirky cars, brewing craft beer, ocean sailing, and family time at his Caribbean home on the island of Bequia.
