近年,香港與飲食相關的議題日益成為焦點。從雙餸飯到酸菜魚,選擇貌似多左口味濃左。有預估顯示未來可能有3000家餐館面臨倒閉,同時也見到堅持使用本地新鮮食材的餐廳仍在不懈努力。香港享用一餐,都有愈來愈多值得思考的課題。

香港這個美食天堂迅速衰落的原因,究竟是受到外部環境競爭的影響,還是有其他內部因素?

本地食材餐廳之所以未能廣泛普及,是因為本地食材的供應不足,還是實際上高質量消費者的數量有限?
