自由思潮下，人們不再固守既有領域，跨界、跨域成為各行業突破自我的利器。
佛光緣美術館台南館現正舉辦「跨藝術：面與體」繪畫雕塑聯展，四位藝術家結合平面、立體、數位藝術，打破領域的疆界，期望給觀者新鮮的審美感受。
而此種混合與碰撞的表現方式，不是現代藝術獨有，一千年前的敦煌石窟雕塑與壁畫其實就是跨界的藝術呈現了，原來佛教藝術還是跨領域藝術的先驅！
