孩子初到世界,家是他們的第一站,觀察爸爸媽媽、爺爺奶奶或是手足間的互動,孩子們一邊聽一邊看,慢慢建構屬於自己的人際互動方式以及群體的社會觀。
當他們成長到4-5歲時,孩子的性格(或稱行為模式)也就逐漸成形,他們開始去學校與其他同儕互動,或是開始接受團體才藝課程,在課堂中,孩子們的行為呈現,不僅考驗著老師要如何引導教育,更需要孩子背後的推手–家長,一起來聽聽佳佳和淑雯分享與家長合作的重要性吧!
