แล้วก็ซักผ้าปูที่นอนสองสัปดาห์ครั้งค่ะ

การทำงานบ้านจริงๆ ก็เหนื่อยนะคะ

แต่ถ้าจะจ้างแม่บ้านมาช่วย ก็ต้องใช้เงินไม่น้อย

ดังนั้นตอนนี้แนนก็ทำด้วยตัวเอง

ก็ถือว่าเป็นการออกกำลังกายเบา ๆ ทุกวันค่ะ

แต่ ถ้า จะ จ้าง แม่ บ้าน มา ช่วย ก็ ต้อง ใช้ เงิน ไม่ น้อย

ดังนั้น ตอน นี้ แนน ก็ ทำ ด้วย ตัว เอง

ก็ ถือ ว่า เป็น การ ออก กำลัง กาย เบา ๆ ทุก วัน ค่ะ
