Well, hello there, Full Moon! It’s been a while. On Tuesday, August 1st, the Moon shines brightly in airy Aquarius, illuminating the themes of friendship, community, knowledge, and sky-high idealism. This Full Moon culminates the seeds we planted back in January this year, so it's a good idea to look back and see what you were doing, way back then. Can you take a stroll down memory lane? Saturn, the ancient and traditional ruler of Aquarius, helps us along with a powerful opposition to Mercury, the archetype of communication and the intellect, on the very same day. When these two get together, accessing our long-term memory and focussing the mind is exactly what we want to be doing.

Yet, oppositions can also be tricky. They reflect a push-pull of energy, you see. We may bounce between the silence of a reflective Saturn in Pisces and the talkativeness of problem-solving Mercury in Virgo. Finding the sweet spot in the middle is right where we need to be. The cosmic action continues on Tuesday, what with an energetic trine between Mars and Jupiter. In earth signs, this enthusiastic energy is likely to be directed towards material things. Things like making money, scheduling top-dog meetings, and proudly showing the professional world what we’re made of. Even if career isn’t a thing for you personally, the chances are good that the pursuit and acquisition of security will feel both enjoyable and titillating. Speaking of titillating, Mars is also a passion planet, making anything relationship-oriented very sexy indeed.
