「恐老症」指的是慢慢侵蝕自己生命掌控性跟價值感的歷程。根據艾瑞克森社會心理發展理論,人們在中年時期的發展任務是生產力,但如果當你開始覺察到自己有老化症狀而過度焦慮、自我批評,就會讓生產力發展產生問題,變成停滯、過度調整反而失衡的狀態。
