In today’s episode, I’m sharing tips on making the switch to a whole food plant-based diet. 🌿 If you are ready to go at this full speed ahead, grab some tea and listen up. 1️⃣ Kitchen detox Put on your favorite tunes (maybe some '90s girl-with-a-guitar music) and clear out your fridge, freezer, and pantry of all the non-plant-based stuff.
