Grief: Sitting w/ it, Walking through it, Running from it & A Ton of Bricks

This week I am sharing a story with this community on my personal grief journey that I am in right now.
I share my story with you in hopes that it helps you if are grieving, or gives you a resource to share with your friends and family who are currently going through it.
Grief is not linear and you can't fit the feelings and experiences into a box, however I reference a great tool in the podcast that can help you as you navigate the stages of grief. I also reference a tool that my therapist shared with me - Wheel of Emotions. This has been really helpful for me to understand what I am feeling through this new season of my life.
I didn't realize I was grieving until I hit the depression or sadness phase. Or at least I wasn't admitting or conscious of it.
