Believe in yourself is about when we take all the steps to be our best selves to live our best life and to walk in that on a daily basis is to believe in ourselves to believe in God. And as you trust yourself and as you walk in faith you will also walk and develop in your confidence and you will be able to call upon the resources needed to handle every situation because you will walk in that resourse on a daily basis. The time that it takes initially to sit quietly to be still to pray to meditate becomes an easier and easier way of life until you're walking on that path of your best life
