If you find yourself anxious, overwhelmed, or feeling like you should be further along then where you find yourself currently then today's brand new episode on the podcast will help ground you as you finish out the year.

In Episode 187 of the Her Best Self Podcast, we are talking all things meditation. I'm going to help you with some grounding meditation techniques because I don't know about you sis, but this season can be all the chaos and it is time that you be present with yourself. You are allowed to take a step back and give yourself permission to rest, with grace and peace.
