最近跳了做面包这个坑，不是点心，不是曲奇饼干，是纯正的手工面包，sourdough。一个面包要做两天，从喂养酵母菌落，到两次发酵，到把橄榄去核，核桃切碎，再到最后的烘培。过程繁琐，费时费劲，但是不光面包好吃到上天，做面包的过程也给我带来了意想不到的收获。
今天和大家聊聊在过去的4周做了6个面包（应该是8个，现在还有2个面包在冰箱里二次发酵，等待明天早上出炉 :P）的我，在做面包时和做面包外的思考和收获。
