Dr. Addison Lerner-Lentz (e-mail, website, MAPS) is interviewed by Stephen M. Shaffer about her recent paper titled, Pragmatic application of manipulation versus mobilization to the upper segments of the cervical spine plus exercise for treatment of cervicogenic headache: a randomized clinical trial. This paper was published in the Journal of Manual & Manipulative Therapy in November 2021. This episode will help clinicians understand the difference between pragmatic and prescriptive approaches to orthopaedic manual physical therapy for cervicogenic headache.
