In today's episode, we're talking about 4 supplements that I believe most people will find effective in helping them maximize their life performance.
The most common nutrient deficiencies I see on bloodwork are vitamin D, B12 and iron. For people who are low in these 3 nutrients, rarely do I find dietary adjustments alone to be enough to increase nutrients to a meaningful level.
This doesn’t mean we don’t adjust our food routine to maximize nourishment, but it does mean that if your B12 is 200, it is not going to increase to levels of 800-1000 by eating more red meat.
