Bringing a special episode to you today -- a coaching call with one of my clients!

In this call we help Carlie work through some guilt around taking time to exercise when there's still so much work and things that need to be done.

Carlie and I have been working together for a little over a year to help her heal from burnout and build a more sustainable work-life balance, with Jesus at the center, and I felt so compelled to ask her if she would be open to me sharing the recording of this coaching call on the Podcast.

Because as high-achieving Christian women with huge hearts to make a difference, who want to give our family and everyone around us our best, it can be so hard to find time to take care of ourselves too.
