This week Paula Kersch, owner of Botanically Curious and Danielle Crease, owner of DC fit , talk about the downfalls of dieting. Danielle reminds us that the intuitive practices our bodies need have become unconventional methods, due to marketing noise and diet fads. Paula focuses on the vitamin content in herbs and how foraged food, even in small quantities may help you fill that nutrient void. Remember, never forage or harvest herbs from roadways, high traffic areas with pollutants or pesticides.
