Pain can sometimes feel "safe" & "comfortable". However, comfort will tell you any lie to keep you in its embrace. It will lure you back with a person,situation or a mindset that is/was toxic and it will keep you there as long as you are willing or as long as you allow it. Choose to break out of that comfort zone.
