Welcome to bluemind ASMR, your personal relaxation station. I’m your host, blue skies. Tonight I'm going to be employing some techniques that originate in Buddhist practice: mindfulness, also known as awareness, and grounding. I'm going to slowly and gently walk you thru noticing parts of your body in order to alleviate anxiety, dissociation, and/or distressful ruminating. This kind of awareness practice can get intense for some people, so please feel free to stop listening or skip ahead at any time. I'm do not have any certifications, nor am I a professional; I am simply someone who does mindfulness practice in my free time.
