Pure Energie, Gewichtszunahme, Migräne, psychische Verstimmungen, Verletzungsanfälligkeit - der Menstruationszyklus kann die weibliche Leistungsfähigkeit massiv beeinflussen. Aber was bedeutet das für Sportlerinnen? Die ehemalige Biathletin Denise Herrmann-Wick erzählt, welche Rolle ihr Zyklus für sie gespielt hat und wie sie versucht hat ihr Training daran auszurichten.

Prof. Dr. Kirsten Legerlotz berichtet, was wir überhaupt über zyklusorientiertes Training wissen und verrät, warum Sportlerinnen ihren Zyklus tracken sollten.
