Death is coming. I'm not here to try and scare you, but so far death is undefeated. So, our goal should be to live as healthy of a life as possible, for as long as possible. But how do we do that? Well, exercise can play a huge role in that. In this week’s podcast we will talk about how both strength and resistance training are critically important for mortality benefits, and explain how exercising might be the most important thing you do.
