In this research review, we are highlighting what Greg Nuckols has put together around the impact of sleep (or lack of it) on strength. The two studies below look at how sleep impacts strength and the findings weren’t quite as big as you might have thought. We discuss what this means, how it applies and how you still want to focus on sleep to make sure it is a priority but also that you can still get work done if you fall short on any given night. 1.
