Starting off the new year, I am sure we have all heard one person or another say that they want to 'lose weight' or 'get in better shape'. There is so much more to moving our bodies that changing how we look, and I don't think we give it enough credit!
This week's episode explores the different benefits to both our mind and our aging bodies that regular movement offers. Helpfully, this will be a good reminder that you don't have to want to lose weight to want to exercise!
