In this Episode, I share about some major happenings going on in my life over the past few weeks and the lessons I’ve been learning with regards to living spaciously. Then I share some real life examples of what happens when we don’t live a spacious life, when we don’t live mindfully, when we don’t slow down and pay attention in our daily life or in our workplace. My hope in sharing this is that you will be able to examine your own life and see if you are experiencing similar and we can both learn from it.
