In this episode of Decontextualized, Natalia Rachel is joined by Heather Hansen, author of ‘Unmuted: How to show up, speak up, and inspire action.’ Heather shares ideas from her book and expands on the framework of ‘conscious, confident, and connected communication.’ She shares that in order to communicate well, in ways that promote peace and harmony, we have to listen and understand understand where our bias and preference move into discrimination.
