Gratitude is my favorite upper! It raises your entire frequency and has the power to change so much in your life.
Really, studies show it can improve your physical and mental health and wellbeing.
A daily gratitude practice is a must on your explant journey!
Start by writing 3 things you are grateful for each day, either in the morning or at night, whichever works best for you. Be consistent. Watch the magic (and science) unfold.
