And honestly— it's holding us back from building a life that we're excited about so today I’m going to hopefully shed light on this idea and help you identify if there’s a problem we want to work through because let’s be real— the gift of self awareness is if we identify a problem, we can also then IDENTIFY the solution but if it’s subconsciously controlling our life — then it’s going to be tough to work though!
