With Paris on the horizon, we are thrilled to welcome Kate Waugh to the podcast this week!! Kate has been on the rise through the ranks of World Triathlon for the past couple of years, which recently resulted in the achievement of being selected for her first Olympic Games. After winning the under 23 world championship in 2022, Kate decided she would go all in to pursue her Olympic dream. In this interview we got to hear all about her triathlon career beginning at the age of eight, and all the little goals she has set along the way which ultimately led her to the world's biggest stage.
