This week Nate and Liz talk about why they implement ranges in programming for their athletes, and break down where the top and bottom numbers of the range come from. Do you always shoot for the top, are you more of a bottom number person, well in this episode Nate and Liz discuss how you can select the right number for the day. Sometimes it may be the top or the bottom number, however it could also be the middle! The information in this episode can help you adhere to your program a little better and get the most out of your programming.
