Getting Unstuck, 06/21/21, Ep. 33: "No Way Out!" College drop out, bankruptcy and spending the day spinning signs on a street corner, my co-host, Nate Rifkin, has been through it all. He discovered an ancient form of meditation that reversed his downward spiral and elevated him to success and living the life of his dreams. He's written a book called The Standing Meditation, that had my crying at the first sentence. In this conversation we talk about depression, Daoism, meditation, how to quite the mind and my favorite topic, surrender.
