Health and Mindset Coach and author of Eat Clean, Live Free: A Woman's Guide to Health, Beauty, And Youthful Energy, Gina Santangelo talks about building a strong fitness foundation by strengthening the core. The core refers to the area around the trunk and pelvis. It is the body’s center of power, so the stronger you are in that area, the easier all of your movements will be, and the healthier you will be.
