When Things Go To Sh*t How To You Get back To Joy

Welcome Back To Glow From The Inside Out. I am so happy you are here. It seems to be a crazy time at the moment with so many things either going wrong or bad news hitting left, right and centre. If you are feeling totally out of sorts, had the worst January and need a reset then you are in the right place.
In this weeks's episode I chat about how I am dealing with life tight now. January was not a good one but I have the tools to get me through it. It's a time to really sit in gratitude of all that you have already first. To bring yourself back to the present and look at what you can control and how you can turn your mindset around. Putting it all into perspective really does help.
Remember what your push and pull is, what is your why like really dig deep into that and do there things you can to get back into joy and a positive mindset. Getting back to basics and what are the tools do you need to out into place, having a support network, putting an action plan in place and what can you you really focus on.
