Week 16 Day 3 - Today's affirmation is "I am Telling My Own Story in a New Way . . . I am Seeing Me Successful in Achieving My Goals."
It is the new Year and is a great time to have a new story for us. As we set our New Years Resolutions we are going to see ourselves achieving them. We are pairing the song "Made for this" by Carrollton.
Today we talk about the emotional benefits of Lavender. How it is like a Grandmother. It can help us feel super supported It can remind us that we are loved. It can give us faith that all will be well in the end. T
