In this episode, I'm honored to have two of my favorite people on at once to give their take on how to keep a relationship healthy, functioning, and full of love. Abby is my childhood best friend and Alex is her husband. They've been together for almost ten years and married for four years and have a two-year-old son. If anyone knows how to navigate life changes and grow in a relationship, it's them. As the closest people in my life, I can honestly say their relationship is super admirable and one I look up to.
