No matter how awesome your program or gym is, if no one comes into your club, your club is going to go bankrupt.
Younger people have trouble reaching out to potential clients over the phone, even when that’s the best way to contact leads.
Communication is the key. Young people need to be taught how to make personal connections to support the clients they’re trying to help.
