Welcome to DAY 1 of Refresh Your Hormones! I'm SO glad you're here and am soooo excited to get started.

Overwhelm comes from too much information, not enough clarity in that information, and not enough nourishment.
Today I am boiling down on what it actually means and what it looks like in your body and hormones to be overwhelmed and burnt out. I talk through the 3 stages of stress and how that affects our minerals in our body and why nourishment is key in reversing state of stress.
When you are under stress you use your sodium and other minerals more quickly, and release more free radicals which cause inflammation and disease in your body. If you continue to stay in a state of stress long term you will inevitably end up in a burnout state, which often looks like low energy, bad periods, PMS, weight gain, and brain fog.
I'm going through some of the basic ways we can create safety in the body so you don't have to stay in the fight or flight stage of stress or in this unrelenting stress state that causes symptoms long term.
