Dr Alan Flanagan, is an expert in nutrition who isn't afraid of challenging dietary narratives.

I speak with him about what he believes to be the healthiest human diet.

I ask him what his views are on a range of diets including the carnivore, keto and low carb diets.He gives me his views on health claims made by those who epouse the benefits of each diet.
