Welcome to another episode of Have a Chat today’s guest is Jess Dumay.
Jess is a bright and bubbly gal. She’s based in Brisbane and is a remedial sports massage therapist and a mum to her Dalmatian Daya.
Jess’s other passion is powerlifting and talks about how she got involved, what it’s like being a coach for her clients and the challenges that she’s come across within her training with finding the time and motivation to hit those goals.
Jess also talks about how the move to Brisbane was such a positive thing for her as it’s helped her find a good and strong community, has given her a new look on life and spark more passion in herself and work.
