Today on Health in the Hole, we are talking to Christine Mock, a yoga instructor about Hatha yoga, nature and finding your center. We talk about balancing your right and left sides and what all that means, not running yourself ragged, and practicing yoga in correspondence with the seasons. Christine believes your yoga practice should change your life, and she explains how. Get ready, at the end, she leads us through a short yoga practice. You don’t need any tools, just a small space on the floor or ground.

Christine is a yoga teacher based in Teton Valley, Idaho. The ERYT 500 was certified in 2014 and has since taught over a thousand hours of yoga in 4 states. Her offerings span studio classes, festivals, public and private events, retreats and more. Christine's technique is underlined by the idea that yoga is at it's most potent when it is perceived as and utilized as a tool and a map for all to reach their highest potential. The core of her offerings is to share yoga for more than just your body - a yoga that translates powerfully and seamlessly from the mat out into the rest of the world.
