Summer time is in full effect and for many of us that mean a well deserved break aka VACATION!!!!

It’s time to get away from our day to day routines, travel to new places or visiting loved ones in familiar home towns.

With vacation, we often throw all caution to the wind which can include our health and wellness goals.
