Today we are talking all things marathon nutrition. When should you take gels? Should you carbo-load prior to the marathon and how. What should pre-race preparation look like. We are talking today with expert Evan Lynch. Evan is a registered dietitian and performance nutritionist who specializes in endurance nutrition, he works extensively with Athletics Ireland & DCU Athletics and has had clients in the last 2 Olympic Games. Evan is currently a PhD student in SETU studying the health effects of underfuelling in male endurance athletes. Absolute banger of an episode so hope you enjoy.
