A woman born with special supernatural gifts, known to her as a child, where she was not afraid dark forces, she grew up to be Linda Darin, a registered nurse, social worker, and psychotherapist, who learn how to work in universities and hospital settings working drug addicted babies to understanding how to comfort those who were grieving someone who had just passed away. She then researched and trained in some of the leading holistic therapies to fulfill her calling as spiritual healer. and spent 15 years studying every type of holistic therapy she could learn from leading teachers around the world. She specializes in addictions, grief counseling, anxiety, depression, and working with negative energies that need to be removed. Today she meets clients virtually from around the world and addresses varied, sometimes challenging healing needs.
Guest Bio: Linda Darin R.N., B.S.N, M.S., M.S.W. At the age of 12, she decided she would become a nurse when she grew up which later gave her a great foundation as a Spiritual Healer. At this age she began as candy-striper at Albert Einstein Hospital in the Bronx, where she was assigned to work in the Pediatric ICU where she soothed heroin-addicted babies who lay in incubators. Linda has been a clinical nurse and psychotherapist with over 21 years of experience in traditional medicine as well as 15 years of study and practice in holistic therapies. She graduated from Bellevue School of Nursing in NY and worked in the Kidney Transplant ICU at Cornell Medical Center, where she washed and shrouded patients who had died, and counseled their families in their grief. She has served as an Adjunct Professor of Medical/Surgical Nursing, Community Nursing, and Psychiatric Nursing at Pace University and other colleges. Linda also has a MS degree in Family Therapy from Iona College and an MSW from Fordham University, Master of Social Work. Her holistic training includes working with Irish philosopher John O’Donahue, Rick Jarrow to become a Meditation facilitator, and with Anodea Judith to become certified in Body-Mind Integration, She is also a certified in hypnotherapy, as a Sound Healer, is a Reiki Master, and has also trained with the American Naturopathic Medical Association, and much more. She is the creator of The Darin Method, a system of healing for the mind, body, and soul. Linda has helped thousands of clients with her method of healing. Linda leverages her background in traditional medicine and infuses her work with holistic therapies that empower individuals to take charge of their health and well-being.
