Today is PART 3 of our Live Healthy Mom Series!
Why this 3 part series? Because we are admittedly women under a great deal of stress and because chronic stress causes chronic inflammation which causes chronic disease, we need to talk about it!! WE, YOU, are a mama who wants to be healthy! I know You want to be holistically WELL, you want to care for your whole person. BUT it's confusing and overwhelming and a LOT!
SOO, I was listening to The Resetter’s Podcast with Dr. Mindy Peltz and she was asked this question of - “what are the 3 most important things women should pay attention to to be healthy?” And I loved her answers! I'm going to expand on each one in it’s own episode and make it a 3 part series.
Today, we’re diving into something super important for your well-being: avoiding toxins in all aspects of your life. And no, I’m not just talking about the chemicals in your cleaning supplies—I’m talking about the toxic people, toxic conversations, toxic foods, and the environmental toxins that can weigh you down physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Toxins don’t just come in the form of pollutants or bad ingredients. They can show up in our relationships, in how we speak to ourselves, in what we eat, and in the spaces we inhabit. When we become more intentional about avoiding these toxins, we can enhance our overall quality of life and experience more peace.
