In this episode, I'm sharing why I decided to take on the overwhelming and rewarding process of learning and baking sourdough bread. Spoiler alert, it's not all about the tasty gem at the end. I dig into the concept of finding joy in the process rather than solely focusing on the end result, thank goodness because I'm truly sucking at the sourdough gig.
