She's a Licensed Professional Counselor Focusing on Trauma and the Owner of Chronic Wellness and Counseling in Austin, Texas. She uses EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), both of which are evidence-based modalities.
