More than just music. More than just talk. Issue Oriented is about rock, ideas, and compelling interviews. ISSUE ORIENTED is hosted by me, Ronen Kauffman. I've been writing at the intersection of music and ideas for years, and have interviewed dozens of influential bands and individuals. I am also in a band called Zombie Apocalypse. ISSUE ORIENTED began with Australian radio personality Sarah DeBorre and I discussing crucial issues and playing awesome music. It was originally a monthly segment on Headwealth - Australia's premiere hardcorepunkmetal radio show (airing on 106.7 PBS FM in Melbourne). Sarah planned a leave of absence from PBS so that she could travel, but I didn't want to miss the opportunity to do more radio. And so as podcasts began to enter the mainstream, ISSUE ORIENTED took its current form. Now - thanks to the web and podcasting - you can listen to ISSUE ORIENTED any time, anywhere.
