Motivation is having the desire to achieve something. If I desire or want to achieve a specific goal, I must do the work necessary even on the days when I may not feel "motivated". Motivation is not some feeling that emerges magically. We have to work on it daily and implement daily practices that surges motivation into our minds and bodies. If you are every lacking motivation, think about this.... The biggest thing that should motivate you, IS THAT WE ARE GOING TO DIE! I know that is a tough pill to swallow sometimes but it's true. We only get one life, one opportunity to do all of this... and if that doesn't motivate you, then I am not sure what will. Living each day with a sense of urgency and with determination and enthusiasm to go after the things you want will help you stay motivated. Today matters. Live it to the fullest. Peace, Justin
