Teachers are definitely burnt out. We knew this going into doing our research with teachers, but what they shared in our study really knocked our socks off. My friend and colleague, Dr. Josh Tolbert, joins the podcast to share results from our ongoing study on teacher and administrator burnout. Together, we share what teachers specifically told us about their level of burnout, and ways we can come together as a community to support them!
