Sometimes in order to go to a new level, we have to do the scary stuff; we have to keep on that throttle and power through. 'cause if we don’t, if we take our eye off what it is that we want to achieve, if we start to ease off, then we can start to move backwards.
In this conversation, I share what motocross taught me about going to a new level. I talk about:
- Staying laser focused on where you want to go so you can "take corners" like a pro
- Maintaining your rate of acceleration for the full journey so you don't slip backwards
